HOW WE WORK

STEP 1: PRE-ORDER

Here you'll see all availlable product for this collection. Add them to your basket and fullfill your order to start the pre-order proces.

STEP 2: PRODUCTION (CA. 7 WEEKS)

For this collection we don't keep stock. We produce to order in periods of 6 to 8 weeks. When the deadline is met we produce the clothing and have it shipped to our warehouse.

Pre-order June: Order till june 10th 2024. expected delivery near the beginning of september

Pre-order September: Order till september 9th 2024. expected delivery near the beginning of november

STEP 3: SHIPMENT

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in ASSEN (NLD) to the adres you have entered in your order.

STEP 4: RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY

This collection is part of our ussual return policy and warranty. In short: If you want to return the item(s) you have ordered for any reason that is okay with us. You can contact our customer service and we'll set you up with a return label to ship it back to our warehouse. Shippingcosts are at your own expense. Since this is a pre-order collection there will be limited stock so exchanging your items is not always possible. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

Why do we choose to pre-order?

At IFS and BEAT, we believe sustainability is of utmost importance. Therefore, we opt not to order excessive amounts of clothing and stock them. This is because there's a likelihood of having leftover garments. We can mitigate this by operating with pre-orders.

What are the clothes made of?

Sustainability is a crucial focus within our collections. All our shirts are crafted from recycled materials.

Will it be shipped to my home?

Yes, once the clothing is produced, we will ship all orders to the shipping address you provided. For this service, we will charge shipping costs based on each country's rates.

Can I exchange?

No, we do not offer exchanges for clothing. Due to our international and sustainable approach, exchanging items would not be efficient and is therefore not possible. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review the size chart and product description before making your purchase.
